Kara (Rocheleau) Lazarus is the Principal + Founder of Think Pink Idea Consulting. For more than 20 years, she has worked with companies to understand their customers and generate innovative solutions.
​
Before launching Think Pink Idea Consulting, Kara built her career in brand marketing, working on iconic consumer products including Yoplait Yogurt, Pillsbury Baked Goods, + Poli-Grip.
​
She later expanded into healthcare, spending several years with American Medical Systems, where she led global physician + patient marketing initiatives for urology and gynecology medical devices.
​
Kara earned her MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and holds a BA in Mathematics + Economics from Illinois Wesleyan University.

Based in Minneapolis, Kara enjoys an active lifestyle with her family. In her free time, she can often be found running, cross-country skiing, or exploring new destinations through travel.
